From the beginning of July work is in progress in our plots near Trześcianka, Kaniuki, Koźliki and Narew – land surveyors restore the boundaries of the plots where we will be scything and removing shrubs after August 1st. Altogether we plan to restore approximately 40 hectares of meadows this year. We are facing a challenging task, as the meadows have not been in use for a long time, and their boundaries can only be found with the help of a land surveyor.

Some points were marked using oakwood posts painted in bright colours, others were stabilized with concrete pillars. It will be possible now to localize them precisely using a GPS receiver, and to delineate the scything areas.
